Read Aloud

Read allowed's are important in classroom's of any age.  They can be used to teach many things like prediction and inferring, but it's also good to teach children to enjoy the story. I want to use a variety of books in my classroom to expose my children to a large variety of books.

Evidence #1 (Multi-Cultural)
Social Justice

This is the lesson plan for my social justice read allowed I did with my Kindergarten class this year. It is important to discuss these things with young children and start to introduce them to the hard subjects.

Evidence #2
Get to know me

I love this read aloud, because the children could get to know me and something I like through this read aloud. I want to do this in the future and may even want to do it with the children also by having them bring in their own books.
